2. Preference

3. Analytics — off until you accept
We measure how the portal is used so we can fix what slows an order down. Analytics are first-party, IP addresses are truncated before storage, and the data is not shared with any advertising network. Nothing is set until you accept in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw at any time.

4. What we do not use

5. Controlling cookies
Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or the cookie settings link in the footer, to change your analytics choice at any time. Your choice is recorded for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in, and the basket will not persist between visits.
Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — are used for the same purposes and are covered by this policy. The order sheet keeps a local copy of quantities you have typed so a dropped connection does not lose the entry; it is cleared when the order is submitted.
6. Changes
The version and date at the top of this page change whenever a cookie is added or removed. Material changes are notified in the portal.
